The heart of the pilates method - matwork is where it all begins. These classes utilise your own body weight, small props and gravity to create resistance. Focusing on a combination of strength, flexibility and balance work your body will definitely notice the change from the inside out. Pilates will create lean muscle tone, improve mobility and also flexibility, reduce stress - think of it as mindful movement.

Classes are done on the mat with all equipment provided. Classes will run for only 7 people at a time allowing each person to have as little or as much attention as they wish. Keeping the classes nice and small allows for everyone to work at a level best suited for them which is what pilates is all about!

 

Classes are run from my home studio in the beautiful Black Rocks, Pottsville with plenty of on and off street parking available
